  • CONSPIRACY (ARMED ROBBERY) - He with the intent that the offense of armed robbery in violation of Chapter 720 ILCS Act 5 Section 18-2 be committed agreed with another to the commission of that offense and performed an act in furtherance of that agreement in that he obtained possession of a handgun and entered Mark's Market at 2705 W. Farmington Road, West Peoria, Illinois, to see how many patrons and employees were present inside that business.

  • AGGRAVATED UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON - He carried on or about his person or concealed on or about his person while not on his own land or in his own abode or fixed place of business a firearm and he had not been issued a currently valid firearm owner's identification card.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT - He transmitted to Steve Garner, a police officer for the City of Peoria, Illinois a report that the offense of robbery had been committed knowing at the time of such transmission that there was no reasonable ground for believing that such an offense had been committed.

  • AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL - He operated a motor vehicle being a Pontiac Firebird on the 4000 block of NE Adams, Peoria, Illinois while the alcohol concentration in his blood or breath was 0.08 or more based on the definition of blood and breath units in Section 11-501.2 of the Illinois Vehicle Code and the defendant has two or more prior violations for driving under the influence of alcohol in the State of Illinois.
