  • RETAIL THEFT - He knowingly took possession of or carried away certain merchandise offered for sale in a retail mercantile establishment ACE Hardware located at 120 W. McClure, Peoria, Illinois said merchandise being clothing with the intention of depriving said merchant permanently of the use or benefit of said merchandise without paying the full retail value of said merchandise and the defendant has previously been convicted of retail theft in this state.

Knoxville, Peoria, Illinois while he was under the influence of alcohol and while his driving privileges were revoked for a violation of section 11-501(a) and the defendant has three or more prior violations of that same section of the Illinois Vehicle Code.

Knoxville, Peoria, Illinois when the defendants drivers license was revoked for a violation of Section 11-501 or a statutory summary suspension under 11-501.1 of the Illinois vehicle Code and the defendant has been previously convicted of driving while license revoked on four or more prior occasions.

  • AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL - He knowingly operated a Ford Thunderbird motor vehicle on the 2000 block of NE Adams Street, in Peoria, Illinois while he was under the influence of alcohol and the defendant has committed a violation of Section 11-501(a) on three or more prior occasions.

  • UNLAWFUL VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION  - He having knowledge of the contents of an order of protection being number 07 OP 238 issued by the Peoria County Circuit Court pursuant to the Domestic Violence Act on March 21, 2007 did knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by said order of protection in that he was present at the residence of another and the defendant has been previously convicted of violation of an order of protection in this state.

  • AGGRAVATED ASSAULT - He in committing an assault, used a deadly weapon, a knife, in that he knowingly and without authority while in the presence of another knowingly clenched a knife in his hands and told another he would kill her thereby placing another in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery.
