  • DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL - He knowingly operated a motor vehicle being a Chevrolet Colorado truck at Adams and Van Buren, Peoria, Illinois while under the influence of alcohol.

  • DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL - He knowingly operated a motor vehicle, being a Chevrolet Colorado truck at Adams and Van Buren, Peoria, Illinois while the alcohol concentration in the defendants blood or breath was 0.08 or more based on the definition of blood and breath units in 626 ILCS 5/11-501.2.
