  • FORGERY - She with the intent to defraud knowingly delivered to Big Hollow Convenient a document apparently capable of defrauding another in that it purported to have been made by authority of the Holiday Inn City Center which did not give such authority said document being a bank check numbered 373983 of Holiday Inn City Center dated 09/14/2007 in the amount of $217.00 drawn on Associated Bank made payable to Delilah J Hill and signed as endorser Delilah Hill knowing the document to have been thus made.

  • FORGERY - She with the intent to defraud knowingly delivered to Schnucks a document apparently capable of defrauding another in that it purported to have been made by authority of the Holiday inn City Center which did not give such authority said document being a purported bank check numbered 85038849 of Holiday Inn City Center dated 09/19/2007 in the amount of $225.00 drawn on Associated Bank made payable to Delilah J Hill and signed as maker another knowing the document to have been thus made.
