  • OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE - He with the intent to prevent the apprehension or obstruct the prosecution of himself for traffic offenses knowingly provided false information to Jeremy Frailey, a peace officer as to his identity.

  • AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL - He knowingly operated or was in actual physical control of a motor vehicle, being a green Subaru Legacy in the area of the Interstate 74 westbound at milepost 80.5, Peoria, Illinois while under the influence of alcohol at the time of the offense the defendant's driving privileges were suspended or revoked for a violation of 625 ILCS 5/11-501.1

  • AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL - He knowingly operated a motor vehicle, being a green Subaru Legacy in the area of Interstate 74 westbound at milepost 80.5, Peoria, Illinois while the alcohol concentration in the defendant's blood or breath was 0.08 or more based on the definition of blood or breath units in 625 ILCS 5/11-501.2 and at the time the defendant's driving privileges were suspended or revoked for a violation of 625 ILCS 11/501.1
