  • OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT - She, a public employee, being a Deputy County Clerk for the Peoria County Clerk's Office, while acting in her official capacity knowingly performed an act which she knew she was forbidden by law to perform in that she knowingly committed the offense of theft in violation of Chapter 720 Act 5 Section 16-1(a)1(a) of the Illinois Compiled Statutes by knowingly and unlawfully retaining currency paid to the Peoria County Clerks Office.
