The Traffic
Division is a
specialized unit of the State's Attorney's Office which is responsible for
prosecuting violations of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
The Traffic
Division also
prosecutes "Conservation" cases, which are offenses under the
Fish and Wildlife Code including hunting, fishing and boating offenses.
