CASE SYNOPSIS: On Friday, April 27, 2007, Carlyts Bovan, 22, was shot multiple times near the intersection of Garden and Stanley. His body was discovered lying in the intersection. On Thursday, May 17, 2007, Anthony C. Pelts was arrested and charged with his murder. There are no details available regarding motive.
