CASE SYNOPSIS:  Church, a Peoria School District 150 employee, was indicted by a Peoria County Grand Jury on one count of Criminal Sexual Assault for allegedly having sex with a 16 year old student while she was employed as a teacher at Manual High School. Read the Grand Jury Indictment.

CASE UPDATE: Jodi Church appeared in court 2/25/08 and plead Guilty to one count of Criminal Sexual Assault. She was sentenced to 54 days in the Department of Corrections.
