CASE SYNOPSIS:  Williams, a Peoria School District 150 employee, was indicted by a Peoria County Grand Jury on two counts of Criminal Sexual Assault and two counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse for allegedly having sex with two 15 year old students while employed as the girls basketball coach at Peoria High School. Read the Grand Jury Indictment.

An indictment warrant in the amount of $100,000 was served 7/2/07.  July 6, 2007, Williams' bond was reduced to $50,000.00.  He posted the necessary 10% ($5,000.00) and was released pending further court appearances.

April 1, 2008 - Williams plead guilty to one count of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse. As part of the plea agreement, additional charges were dismissed. Williams faces probation or up to 3 years in prison when sentenced June 13, 2008.

June 13, 2008 - Williams was sentenced to 3 years in prison as part of his plea agreement.
